SEC-Required Report on Routing of Customer Orders

(SEC Rule 606)

Ogilvie Security Advisors Corp. has prepared this report pursuant to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rule requiring all brokerage firms to make publicly available quarterly reports on their order routing practices. The report provides information on the routing of "non-directed orders" - any order that the customer has not specifically instructed to be routed to a particular venue for execution. For these non-directed orders, Ogilvie Security Advisors Corp. has selected the execution venue on behalf of its customers.

The report is divided into four sections: one for securities listed on the New York Stock Exchange and reported as a Network A eligible security; one for securities listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market; one for securities listed on the American Stock Exchange or regional exchanges and reported as a Network B eligible security; and one for exchange-listed options. For each section, this report identifies the venues most often selected by Ogilvie Security Advisors Corp.’s relationship with the venues.

Customers are notified annually that a copy of the report will be furnished upon request. Customers can also request details, from Ogilvie Security Advisors Corp., of the identity of the venue to which the customer’s orders routed for execution in the six months prior to the request and the time of transactions that may have resulted from such orders.

Ogilvie Security Advisors Corp. has a clearing and execution relationship with Pershing, LLC. Ogilvie Security Advisors Corp. has reviewed the report from Pershing and believes they materially represent the clearing firms’ order routing practices. Ogilvie Security Advisors Corp. does not maintain any special relationship with the execution venue listed below. It does not receive payments for order flow from any execution venues and does not pay for order flow to the below listed venue.
